Could be the load checks in the control block or as simple as bad seals inside the ram. If the piston seals are leaking, oil will flow past and the arms will lower, if you start to lift, the extra oil will push against the piston more than it's leaking making it lift as it should. Disconnect the the linkage from the pump control arm and manually rotate to see if you get reverse. If that works you will need to correct/adjust the linkage. Video #1 audio has a horrible squeaking in the linkage. So when it moves and you have to hold one or both of the control arms back or forward this is most likely your problem. Keeping that in mind you only have to adjust the side that to move the control arm to keep it from moving. To correct the constant turning in a circle problem, inspect the linkages going from the control arms to the motors. If you have bad joints, or your linkages are out of adjustment, they will act like that.
