Opinions on New Holland L218/220 skidloaders??? I know the first ones had a bad wrap with oil pressure issues. Supposedly this is fixed up on newer models. I've looked at every brand and keep coming back to NH's. Has anyone else had trouble with the New Holland L220 Skid Loader 2013? Since we have owned this Skid it has been to the dealer for a valve that was stuck and blowing oil out of the exhaust and then a short time later they put a rebuilt starter in this Brand New machine. The new boom with the shorter links keeps the boom from "slapping" as much when there is some wear compared to the LS/LX machines. You can get some late model L220s reasonable. One sold this week on auctiontime in Ephrata. L220, cab air/heat, 2 speed, 600 hrs, super clean and nice, it was 21 or 22k..Probably half of new price..

My issue is that i have no lights on the cluster and the machine will not crank when i turn the key. I am looking at a 2019 l220 with low hours. The machine run rough when first started but is fine after warm up, usually a few minutes.
