Hi all, I have a 99 model 270 JD skid steer that has a hydraulic problem. The problem is when you start it the boom lift and bucket curl back functions are slow but the more you cycle it up and down the faster it gets until it operates normal, but the power down and bucket dump work fine right away. The magnetic coils were working and the valve stem would click when voltage was applied but the valve would not open or would not open fully resulting in restricted flow to the up side of the boom cylinder and to the curl back side of the bucket cylinder.
