I have a 2005 new holland ls180 boom that stopped lifting. Tilt, grapple and wheels work. On the control valve next to foot pedals it has 2 relief valves. The one in the back I pulled and seems fine which I think that is the one for the tilt and grapple. If the solenoid is bad it won't open up and let the spool move. Check that first. Unscrew the solenoid and see if the bucket works. If it does then there's your issue. If that isn't the issue check all the linkages. They can rust and seize up from sitting up. Disconnect the linkage at the spool valve and see if it's all froze up. The pump that works the boom and bucket is a gear pump thats seperate from the drive pumps.
