Put the forks as wide as the tracks. Put the forks between the house and tracks and pick it up. The boom side will be the heavy side but the forks will wedge between the house and tracks to stabilize it. What size mini?

As with most internet searches for equipment reviews, you typically only find those folks with bad experiences and looking to vent. As someone looking to add a skid steer on a modest budget to the farm, I've found several Mustang's in my price range but I'm leary based on lack of positive reviews.
I just got done looking around, it seems that the mustang 2109 and Gehl 7810are pretty much the same machine with similar reliability issues. Sounds like there is always something small breaking on them. Buying is scary. I ran across a Mustang 940 skid steer with low hours. Just wondering if people have experience operating these skids? What controls are used on these machines? Are parts readily available? I have attached a picture of the one Im looking at. Thanks for your input.
