hey, everyone, I got a cat 304.5 mini excavator I'm having issues with the dipper out cannot push material very well at all I cannot move any material whatsoever with my swing and also very slow and feel like digging is also slow. according to cat manual pilot pressure is supposed to be 440+-50psi my gauge reads 600psi measured piston pump 1 it . I have an older Cat 304.5 mini-ex that has a serious vibration issue. I had a hydraulic cylinder start leaking, removed it and had the seals replaced. Reinstalled and finished the job, hauled it back to the yard. Sat for a few weeks, started it up, immediate super loud and strong vibration that shakes the whole cab.

Is it a major undertaking to replace the pins and bushing for the boom on a 304.5? I don't have a manual (but if this is covered I can get one) and although I have worked on lots of other equipment and have a pretty complete shop, but .
