Apparently my lug nuts bottom out on the stud and do not hold the rim on as tight as it should. It took 5000 miles before this became apparent. On one side, the holes have been ovaled. I recently rebuilt a Bobcat 371 skid steer and have found the rims were very loose after minimal use. Originally the rims were held on to hubs using wheel bolts, but the threaded holes in hubs were worn enough that I went with bolts through the hubs and lug nuts. I have seen a bobcat rim on a '05 216 so the bolt circle is the same but I didn't pay much attention to the center hole. It looked odd because the bobcat wheel and tire were about 1 1/2 inches taller than the cat wheel on the same side.
