Hello, blew a seal on the bucket cylinder of my NH L865. Have removed pin on lower end & bolt through top pin but the pin itself will not com out. Any suggestions or tricks? He used a cutoff wheel to cut the pin and tried heating to remove the tapered pin - it wouldn't give. He opted to torch it out instead of using a porta-power. I had him cut the bushings out of the quick attach plate as well as the two in the bucket cylinder eyes. The guy I bought the bobcat from said it needed new pins and bushings. Didn't realize at the time that there are a lot of pins and bushings on a skid steer especially the vertical lift ones. Can't seem to get hold of the guy now to ask him which ones were bad.

Got it almost off untill I hit a little snag. the end of the cylinder that is attached to the cab I . I posted a s175 you tube on end cap removal. I actually ground cut aluminum cap with carbide die grinder to split it in tube into two half s. Bought a new head cap with seals. Same for bucket pistons aluminum caps frozen on no force could spin it off. Need suggestions for the edge on my 66" bucket on my Bobcat 773. For the bulk of our snow removal we use a snow box with a rubber cutting edge; however, I use the bucket for doing the smaller detail work. You can lift machine with the tilt and it holds fine. But even an empty bucket leaks down quickly and if you shut machine off it leaks down twice as fast. I removed valve and had local dealer put seal kit in and no change. I air tested cylinders and they seem fine.
